President's Welcome

Greetings Washington, DC Aggies,

Let me begin by taking this opportunity to greet all of our local Aggies to our website and our connection to you.  As I enter my inaugural year as the President of the Washington, DC Chapter, I urge you to embrace the theme of the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University Alumni Association, Inc. “New Beginnings:  Strengthening Our Legacy for Future Generations,” by extending the connection among our alumni in the Washington Metropolitan Area, who are the greatest resource to our renowned alma mater!

The Washington, DC Chapter’s mission is to support and promote the University in pursuit of excellence, and to keep you connected, informed and involved.  This year we will continue our efforts of extending our connection among our young alumni, we’ll utilize Facebook, Twitter along with other social media outlets that we know our young Aggies are using to stay engaged.
